What is your return policy? 

  • All products must be returned within 14 days since the order was received.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition.

  • All returns must include the original packaging.

How do I return my order?

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs or handling fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you—as the sender—are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us.

  • Once we have received and approved your return, we will initiate the refund. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping 

When will my order be shipped?

  • At BLNC Studio, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • All orders are carefully prepared, and we strive to ship within 4 business days from the date of purchase.

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the tracking details you need to follow your delivery.

    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you without delay.

My order has not arrived 

  • Have you not received the order within the delivery time? Email us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders

How do I know that my order has gone through?

  • When you place an order at blncstudio.se we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact us and we will assist you further.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been sent, you can of course cancel your order. Email us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

  • We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

How do I take care of my product?

  • Preserve the look and feel of the sweatshirt by washing it in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to maintain the quality of the fabric and print.

How do i find the right size? 

  • We recommend that you follow our size guide, which can be found on each product page. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you.
