4. Pack the item securely and follow the return instructions provided in the Return Portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
