Shipping

Shipping cost depends on where your order is going, and is calculated at checkout — so you'll always see the exact amount before you pay. We currently ship within Sweden and across the rest of Europe.

All items are made to order. Please allow around 2–5 business days for production and 2–5 business days for shipping — normally 4–10 business days in total. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Order hasn't arrived, need to cancel, or received a wrong/damaged item? Email info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started. For a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
