When will my order be shipped?

  • Each hoodie is carefully crafted to order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and finish. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production and delivery. This considered timeline ensures every detail meets our expectations before reaching you.
  • Once your hoodie has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for a seamless and transparent delivery experience.

My order has not arrived 

  • Have you not received the order within the delivery time? Email us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I know that my order has gone through?

  • When you place an order at blncstudio.se we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact us and we will assist you further.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been sent, you can of course cancel your order. Email us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

  • We are sorry that you have received a faulty order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service with photos and order number and we will assist you further.
