Shipping costs

• Shipping within Sweden costs 69 SEK for orders under 700 SEK.

• We offer free shipping on all orders over 700 SEK.

Processing & Delivery

All products are made to order to reduce unnecessary waste and maintain the highest quality.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and an additional 2–5 business days for shipping. Estimated total delivery time is normally 4–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email address.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

I received the wrong or a damaged product

We're sorry if something isn't right.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number together with clear photos of the issue and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
