# Returns & Exchanges

## What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, odors or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely.

## Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you can request an exchange through our return portal or by contacting us at info.blncstudio@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

## Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or we have made an error with your order.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.blncstudio@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
