What we collect

Contact and delivery details, payment information (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us), order history, and basic device/usage data.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your order (including production and shipping via our fulfilment partner), provide customer service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our platform), our production and shipping partner, and our payment provider — only as needed to run the store. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet legal requirements (e.g. 7 years for accounting records), or resolve disputes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights, or complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
