BLNC STUDIO ("we", "us") is a Swedish sole trader (enskild firma) operating this store, blncstudio.se. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Orders

All products are made print-on-demand by our production partner once an order is placed. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order; we can't guarantee this once production has started.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in SEK and include Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and further return/exchange rights — see our Right of Withdrawal and Returns & Complaints Policy pages.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, logos, text and product names such as "Åre Gondolen", "St Anton", "Val d'Isère" and "St Moritz" — is owned by BLNC STUDIO and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this site, to the extent permitted by law. This doesn't affect your mandatory rights under Swedish consumer law, including the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) and the Act on Distance Contracts (distansavtalslagen).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes can be brought to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court.
