Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, under the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts (distansavtalslagen).

Withdrawal period

The 14 days start the day you receive your order (or the last item, if delivered separately).

How to withdraw

Email info.blncstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, before the 14 days are up. We'll reply with full instructions for sending the item back, including the return address.

You cover the return shipping cost — please use a trackable method. Once you've heard back from us, send the item within 14 days. Items should be unused and with tags attached; we may deduct value lost from excessive handling.

Refunds

We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof of return) — to your original payment method.

Exceptions

All our products are standard designs, not personalised, so the right of withdrawal applies in full to everything we sell.
